This book is the BOMB. Seriously, all meat-eaters should read this book and I swear they'll never eat meat, dairy or poultry produce.

this book encourages a purely vegan lifestyle, but then again not all will really go for the vegan lifestyle [that includes me]. the book contained a LOOOOT of information on why and how come we get a lot of shit from the food we eat nowadays.
what i've learned:
*softdrinks are evil. they become formaldehyde [a chemical used for flesh preserving, you know those fetus in jars with clear liquid in it? well that clear liquid is the formaldehyde] when ingested.
*dairy should be blamed for the early onset of puberty in our generation.
*chickens are the most abused animal on earth.
*corn syrup is even worse than sugar. [well i used to think its healthy cos its derived from 'corn']
*we don't have the enzymes to properly digest milk & meat.
